THERE WAS NO HOPE. HE NEVER HAD A CHANCE.
46 days after a stomach ache, we were told,
"If one hundred children have this, one hundred children will die."
The next day, Nick, our only child, died.
The #1 disease killer of our children is cancer.
The #1 cause of cancer death in children is a brain tumor.
The outcome for children with brain tumors is poor. The treatment has not progressed much over the past 10 years. Yet, it has one of the lowest levels of research funding.
